PROJECT OBJECTIVE

The Ministry of Education and Science (hereinafter – MoES) with the support of funding by the European Regional Development Fund and the state budget is undertaking the required activities to launch several information system development and upgrading projects. For the needs of implementing some of those the MoES has outsourced to Dynamic University the provision of project management and assistance services.

PROJECT SOLUTION AND RESULT

Within the framework of the given tasks, the project managers of Dynamic University ensured the management of the required project administration documentation, provided information and data for informational and publicity events, as well as supervised the work of the involved parties, incl. coordinated the activities of the MoES personnel and provided advice and/or support within the framework of information system development activities. Procurement plans, as well as progress reports and closing reports were developed and the overall project financial supervision was ensured.

Moreover, support to entrepreneurs was provided in relation to planning activities pertaining to service and purchase agreements (agreement execution monitoring, control, supervision), implementation and development of proper reports. For these needs a project management and steering group was established and respective group meetings were held and lead.

Overall, the team worked on the development and implementation of more than four information systems. In the course of regular cooperation with the MoES and other interested parties, the development of several information systems of the education sector has been enhanced facilitating work and fostering productivity both in the state and other education sector related institutions.
