Līna Dzene
Līna has worked for six years as education sector leader for Microsoft in the Baltic States, and she has also been responsible for the public sector in Latvia, thus obtaining a unique experience in and about the educational arena, national governance systems and
national competitiveness of the Baltic region. She has experience with major developmental projects related to education and culture, and she has also helped to elaborate all-encompassing strategies. Today she is heading up the Dynamic University team with the goal of facilitating excellence in education in Central and Eastern Europe.
